Expressions of Gratitude Art Contest for Students in K-12

Expressions of Gratitude Art Contest

Students are invited to participate in the 10th annual Thanks-Giving Foundation Expressions of Gratitude Art Contest

Expressions of Gratitude inspires students to think creatively about being grateful in different aspects of their lives.  It’s a chance for students and their teachers or school to win prize money and participate in an exciting competition!  There are three categories:  art, dance and essay.

The 2014 theme is “I am grateful for the Golden Rule.” This topic encourages students to express cultural and personal gratitude on the value of treating everyone the way they would want to be treated.

Teachers, mentors and parents are invited to enter the work of their students and children from Sept. 15 through Dec. 15. Students can enter individually by having a teacher, parent or adult mentor sign the entry form.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the winners and for their teachers or schools for class supplies. Entries are accepted from K-12 students across the United States and globally.  Awards will be presented in early 2015. For more details, visit thanks-giving.org.
