How to Get Your Kids to Drink More Water

Many parents use the summer to catch up or take a break from the craziness. I think summer is a great time to catch up on what has been going on with your kids. When school is in session and they have tests to take and places to be it’s hard to make changes, but the summer is perfect for this!
