As I move forward into a new year and hopefully a new me, I loved her ideas for creating a morning ritual. Mine is haphazard at best although I love rituals. I do find it hard to build new habits. How about you? Do you have a morning ritual? With two young kids at home, I find the only way to get anything accomplished in the morning is to get up before they do. That can be a challenge some mornings, but maybe if I knew what I had to look forward to, it would motivate me to get up!
