Spring 2009 North Texas Kids Family Expo at the Grapevine Mills Mall

Thanks to all the attendees, performers and vendors who came out to Grapevine Mills Mall on Saturday! Everybody had a wonderful time. Special thanks to our volunteers! North Texas Kids was so pleased to present a $1000 cheque to Communities in Schools North Texas.

This was our second big expo and our first in a large Mall. Despite bad weather and fears of the swine flu we still had over a thousand families attend.

Here is some vendor feedback from our Grapevine survey:

• 100% were happy with North Texas Kids' level of organization, helpfulness and communication and wanted to be contacted regarding our next event!
• 96% were happy with the attendance.

Fall 2008 North Texas Kids Family Expo at the Plano Convention Centre

At our first expo in fall of 2008, we had over 2,000 families in attendance. All of our vendors were very pleased with the turnout and with the organization of the event.

In a survey of exhibitors after the event, 100% said they were satisfied with the venue, that the organization and volunteers were terrific and that they were happy with the attendance.

The event raised thousands of dollars for City House, a local shelter for children.
