Easy Cake Recipe with Butterscotch Pudding

Once a week she hosts her daughter and a group of her Senior friends for lunch, so she has to stay creative with her cooking. I am sure this was a big hit.
Ingredients
1 Yellow Cake Mix
2 eggs
One package of butterscotch instant pudding – prepared and chilled for 10 minutes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all 3 of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Spray a jelly roll pan or bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour cake batter into pan and top with 1 c. butterscotch chips and 3 T white sugar.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
Remove from pan when cool. Decorate with powdered sugar.
