UTA Maverick Speaker Series Presents
An Evening with Lou Diamond Phillips
Actor, director, writer, and producer of film, television, and theater Lou Diamond Phillips will be appearing at University of Texas at Arlington as part of their Maverick Speaker Series on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 7:30pm. This fundraiser will benefit students affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Phillips has agreed to make his Maverick Speakers Series event a fundraiser benefiting UTA’s Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF). All proceeds from ticket sales and the VIP dinner will be directed to the EAF, which will help the many UTA students affected by Hurricane Harvey afford basic necessities.
