Plano Symphony Orchestra Presents Family Symphony Sundays Movie Magic


The Plano Symphony presents the all new Family Symphony Sundays featuring Movie Magic. Come see marionettes from Le Theatre de Marionette as they dance and perform to music from Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Frozen and more! Meet the musicians and enjoy pre-concert activities beginning at 2:15 pm. For children 3 – 12 and their families.

Kid Friendly Activities in the Lobby

The orchestra will take the stage at 3:00 pm in the afternoon, with lobby activities beginning at 2:15.

Come early and enjoy special activities, unique to each instrument family prior to the concert. You and your child will have an enjoyable time learning and being exposed to all the instruments with the Instrument Petting Zoo and finding out what it’s like to have the orchestra at the point of your baton at the Conductor’s Station. Also make sure to visit the Arts & Crafts Station.

April 10th Concert

April 10th concert will take place at the Courtyard Theatre in Plano. Located at 1509 Avenue H Plano, TX 75074

May 15th Concert

May 15th concert is sponsored in part by the City of McKinney through the City of McKinney Arts Commission, will be held at The McKinney Performing Arts Center, which is located at the Historic Collin Country Courthouse in McKinney Square at 111 N. Tennessee St.
