Crispy Kale Chips

Crispy Rainbow Kale Chips

I was craving something crispy and crunchy tonight and am trying to stay away from carbs so I decided to make some crispy kale chips.

I usually buy just green organic kale as that is what I’ve normally seen used in most recipes I find on the internet. This time, I already had a bag of organic rainbow kale I’d purchased earlier in the week. This bag, which I found at Walmart of all places, has three types of organic kale: green, red and dinosaur (flat kale). I thought I would try this and see how it works. My kale chips were deliciously nutty flavored and totally hit the spot! And, my kids practically devoured them before I could get some for myself so I had to make a second batch!
