Recently, poison centers and emergency rooms have noticed a troubling new trend – teens drinking ethanol hand sanitizers to get drunk.
Here is a quick, easy and cute treat for a special snack day at school or a nautical theme birthday party. My daughter was studying ocean and water this week. I made blue jello in a cup for the ocean water and topped it off with a mandarin orange sailboat.

All branches of the Dallas Public Library System will be participating, along with many of the outlying suburban cities.
